ORDER STATUS

Once fulfilled, you will receive an email confirmation along with tracking details. 

SHIPPING + PICKUP

We ship via United States Postal Service or DHL. Orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days. Please review that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot change address details once your order has shipped.

Select Local Pickup at checkout for free pickup in Tacoma, Washington. You will be contacted within 3 business days to set up a meeting place and time.

RETURN POLICY

Please email care@chvriot.com for a return or exchange authorization. We will not accept returns without prior authorization. Once approved, we will provide a return label and further instructions. 

We accept returns of unwashed and unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 7 days of the delivery date.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

CHVRIOT is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once tracking has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.
